Nicole Pippard is a first-year master's student at the University of Michigan School of Public Health in the Department of Health Behavior and Health Education. She plans to graduate in May 2020 with her Master's degree in Public Health and a Certificate in Risk Science and Human Health. Her interests lie in risk communication as it pertains to mental health over a life course, particularly in active military and veteran populations. Before attending the University of Michigan, Nicole worked in health communications and exercise-related research. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health at the University of California, San Diego.
