Emily Walsh is a fourth year undergraduate student at the University of Michigan with a concentration in Neuroscience and minor in Medical Anthropology. Her research areas of interest include genetics, global health, and health behavior. Her previous research experience involves working in a cardiac lab looking at the role of the protein, Obscurin, in skeletal and cardiac muscle. In the future she hopes to pursue a career in either Public Health or Genetic Counseling.
